I am a warm and caring therapist who will listen to you and who will provide compassionate support. I understand that coming to therapy, especially if it is for the first time, can be a little intimidating, my intent is that when you come for counseling you feel you are in a safe place where you can process whatever problems have been troubling you. Healing is a process. No therapist can guarantee you a “cure” or a complete solution for your concerns. Having said that, my commitment to you is to be by your side, to help you carry the weight you bear, to ask you guiding questions so you can find and walk your own path towards feeling happier and more satisfied with your life.
